Lazer-induced impurity redistribution in activated carbon
The admixtures redistribution in a nanoporous carbon due to laser irradiation is explored and influence of the irradiation on the parameters of the supercapacitors formed on the basis of irradiated nanoporous carbon is determined. Laser treatment of the activated carbon doped by Er, Mn, and Cr is shown to substantially affect the spatial redistribution of the inserted atoms, their energy and charge state, and also on conductivity of the activated carbon and therefore on the parameters of the supercapacitors formed on its basis.
