On the stability of solid binary electrolytes based on lithium oxide and Al, Be, Sc, Zr and Y oxides with respect to metallic lithium

Thermodynamic parameters S₂₉₈⁰, H₂₉₈⁰ S₂₉₈⁰, H₂₉₈⁰ – H₀⁰, C_p298⁰, ΔH₂₉₈⁰, С_p(Т) of binary oxides Li₆, BeO₄, Li₂ZrO₃, L1₄ZrO₄, Li₈ZrO₆, Li₅AlO₄, LiYO₂, LiScO₂ are calculated. Variation of Gibbs energy of reaction between lithium and above compounds with the temperature in the range 298-1000 К is determined.
