The impedance ofthe solid electrolyte RbAg4J5 in the vapors of the iodine
The equivalent scheme describing the behaviour of the electrochemical impedance of the solid-phase system RbAg4J5 in the atmosphere of the iodine has been chosen by the method of the computer optimization. The kinetic parameters of the minority carriers of the charge – the ions of the iodine, their correlation with the painting centers and the consent with the model of the additive painting have been determined. The comparative analysis of the systems with the mono- and polycrystalline samples RbAgHs has been carried out. As it's shown that in the system with the monocrystal the heterotransition is controlled by the electronic subsystem with the current of the exchange 2,8·10-2 А/cm3 depending on the concentration of the vapours of the iodine on the boundary with the graphite. The systems with the polycrystalline sample RbAgHs are controlled by the resistance of the charge's transfer and the impedance of Warburg. The activation's energy of the coefficient of the diffusion of the ion Rb+ has been determined depending on the iodination's degree. It increases from 0.11 eV to 0,22 eV at the change Cj, from 0 to 2·1017 cm-3. It's shown that by the concentrations of the centers of the painting smaller then 4Т018 cm'3 the changes in the electronic subsystem do not influence the kinetic of the majority carriers of the charge – ions Ag+.
